Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be chuffed with your order 💖 If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.
If you’ve ordered a card or product, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

Item must be unused and in original condition

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility

Original postage costs are non-refundable
Once received and checked, refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
💔 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a fault (oops!), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
🖐 Personalised Items
Any orders that are made to order and personalised, we’d be unable to offer refunds or exchanges on unless they arrive with incorrect details due to our error or arrive faulty or damaged.
This includes:

Cards with names, messages, dates or custom wording

Any bespoke or made-to-order designs
This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We can’t be held responsible for spelling or wording errors submitted at checkout.
